Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Interior Design Consultants provide luxury service to walk-in clients in the RH Gallery. They assess client needs, connect clients with RH Interior Design services, and guide the experience from initial contact through product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated client experience through product expertise and service.
• Qualify and educate potential clients about RH Interior Design services.
• Own the client experience, grow and maintain a client base, and achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the brand professionally and support Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience with a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Background in art, architecture, or interior design and relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, organization, collaboration, communication, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move around the Gallery, and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities; local or out-of-state travel may be required.
