Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Provide luxury design service to clients visiting the RH Gallery by assessing needs, educating on RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Work collaboratively with RH Interior Design to exceed client expectations while building and maintaining a strong client base and achieving fiscal goals. Represent the RH lifestyle through professional presentation, product expertise, and elevated service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a luxury in-gallery experience through product knowledge and elevated client service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services and offerings
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery and installation
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and support attainment of gallery sales goals
• Support gallery visual and quality standards and represent the brand professionally

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture/luxury retail preferred; Art, Architecture or Interior Design background preferred
• People- and relationship-driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, results-oriented, and strategically agile
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs, maneuver on the gallery floor, and travel locally or out of state; licensed to drive preferred
