Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant provides luxury service to gallery clients by assessing their needs and connecting them with RH Interior Design services. This role manages the client experience from initial contact through product delivery, builds client relationships, and supports gallery standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated luxury experience through product expertise and service.
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services.
• Manage all phases of the client experience, from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a client base while achieving fiscal goals.
• Represent the brand professionally and support visual and quality standards in the gallery.

Requirements

• Experience with a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, organization, collaboration, and results orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move around the gallery and stockroom, and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities.
• Local or out-of-state travel may be required; a driver's license is preferred.
