Interior Design Consultant

Summary

The Interior Design Consultant delivers elevated service to clients visiting the gallery and helps connect them with RH Interior Design services. This role guides clients through the experience from initial contact to product delivery while building lasting relationships and supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury service and expert product guidance to clients.
• Qualify and educate potential clients about interior design services.
• Manage the client experience from initial contact through delivery.
• Build and maintain a client base and help achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the brand professionally and support gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm, high-end furniture, or luxury retail is preferred.
• Art, architecture, or interior design education and relevant experience are preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, organization, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac and iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds, remain mobile around the gallery, and travel locally or out of state.
