Interior Design Consultant

Summary

Interior Design Consultants provide luxury service to walk-in clients at the RH Gallery, helping assess their needs and connect them with RH Interior Design services. They guide clients through the experience from initial contact to product delivery while building lasting relationships and supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury service through product expertise and elevated client experiences.
• Qualify and educate clients about services offered by RH Interior Design.
• Manage client experiences from initial contact through product delivery.
• Grow and maintain a client base and achieve fiscal goals.
• Represent the brand professionally and support Gallery visual and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail is preferred.
• Education or relevant experience in art, architecture, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, move throughout the Gallery, and travel locally or out of state.
