Summary
Provide luxury in-gallery design consultation delivering exceptional client service and product expertise. Collaborate with RH Interior Design to qualify clients, manage the full client experience from initial contact through delivery, and grow a strong client base while supporting gallery standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
- Represent the RH lifestyle brand through communication, appearance and professionalism
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team to meet client needs
- Maintain knowledge of the luxury and design industry
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
- Art, Architecture or Interior Design experience preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized, collaborative and results-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
