Interior Design Consultant - Stanford Gallery

Summary

Provide a luxury client experience in the RH Gallery by assessing walk-in clientele and collaborating with RH Interior Design to meet design needs. Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery and cultivate a strong, loyal client base. Represent the RH lifestyle through product expertise, elevated service, and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, luxury experience for RH clients through product knowledge and high-touch service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Manage the client journey from first contact to delivery and installation
• Grow and maintain a robust client base and achieve fiscal goals
• Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team to fulfill client needs
• Support visual merchandising and maintain gallery quality standards
• Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred
• Education or background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
• Strong relationship-driven approach with excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly organized, collaborative, results-oriented, and strategic
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and maneuvering on the gallery floor
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
