Summary
Provide luxury service to walk-in clientele at the RH Gallery by assessing design needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and managing the client experience from initial contact through product delivery. Collaborate with RH Interior Design to ensure client expectations are met and grow a strong client base while representing the RH lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on interior design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from contact through delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Ensure fiscal and sales goals are achieved
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design and gallery team
- Assist with local or out of state client travel and appointments
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred
- Education or experience in Art Architecture or Interior Design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized collaborative and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver on gallery floor
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
