Summary
Provide luxury in-gallery design consultation by assessing client needs, qualifying clients for RH Interior Design services, and guiding projects from initial contact through product delivery while representing the RH lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a luxury experience through product expertise and elevated service
- Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
- Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact to product delivery
- Grow and maintain a strong client base
- Ensure fiscal goals are achieved
- Represent the brand through professional communication and appearance
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery
- Collaborate with RH Interior Design to meet client design needs
- Maneuver on the gallery floor and assist with product handling as needed
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred
- Education or experience in art, architecture or interior design preferred
- People and relationship driven with strategic and mental agility
- Highly organized, collaborative and results oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver in gallery and stock areas
- Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
