Summary

Project Coordinators manage key phases of the interior design project lifecycle, supporting Lead Designers by coordinating consultations, site visits, and project documentation. The role serves as the primary client liaison after design completion, overseeing order placement through delivery and installation while ensuring schedules and quality standards are met. This gallery-based position requires strong organization, communication, and collaborative skills to deliver a luxury client experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation.
• Coordinate initial project phases, including consultations and site visits with designers.
• Serve as primary client liaison from order placement to delivery and installation.
• Ensure project schedules, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Represent the brand through professional appearance and client service on the gallery floor.

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail preferred.
• Proven success coordinating multiple concurrent projects and strong relationship-driven mentality.
• Highly organized, collaborative, results-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver around gallery spaces, and travel locally or out of state; licensed to drive preferred.
