Job Description

Summary

Support Lead Designers by owning key phases of the interior design project lifecycle for a luxury showroom, coordinating consultations, site visits, documentation and client experience from order placement through delivery and installation.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation
  • Coordinate initial phases of projects including consultations and site visits
  • Serve as primary client liaison after project completion through delivery and installation
  • Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels
  • Ensure project schedules and timelines are met
  • Provide a luxury experience for clientele and represent the brand professionally
  • Support visual and quality standards within the gallery

Requirements

  • Experience within a design firm high-end furniture showroom or luxury retail preferred
  • Proven success coordinating concurrent projects
  • Highly organized collaborative and results-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Mac IOS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Experience using Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery spaces
  • Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
