Interior Design Project Coordinator

Summary

Project Coordinators own key phases of the interior design project lifecycle and support Lead Designers. The role provides a luxury experience for clients while coordinating projects from initial consultations through order placement, delivery, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation.
• Coordinate consultations and site visits with RH Interior Designers.
• Serve as the primary client liaison after project completion, from order placement through delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure project schedules and timelines are met.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and represent the brand professionally.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate concurrent projects.
• Strong organization, collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and Salesforce or another CRM.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds, maneuver around the Gallery, and travel locally or out of state.
