Interior Design Project Coordinator

Summary

The Interior Design Project Coordinator supports RH Interior Design by owning key phases of the project lifecycle and assisting Lead Designers to deliver a luxury client experience. This role coordinates project documentation, schedules, and client communications to ensure timely delivery and installation. The coordinator works on-site in the Aventura Gallery and partners with cross-functional teams to uphold visual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury experience for RH Interior Design clientele
• Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation
• Coordinate initial project phases, including consultations and site visits with RH Interior Designers
• Serve as primary client liaison after project completion, from order placement to delivery and installation
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedules and timelines are met
• Represent the RH lifestyle brand through professional appearance and conduct
• Support gallery visual and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail preferred
• Proven success coordinating concurrent projects with a relationship-driven mentality
• Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
• Technical experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery, stock room, and office; role entails prolonged standing and physical activity
• Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state
