Summary
Project Coordinators support Lead Designers and manage key phases of the interior design project lifecycle. They provide a luxury client experience while coordinating project documentation, schedules, consultations, and delivery and installation processes.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation.
- Coordinate initial project phases, including consultations and site visits with RH Interior Designers.
- Serve as the primary client liaison after project completion, from order placement through delivery and installation.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams and ensure project schedules and timelines are met.
- Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and represent the brand with professionalism.
Requirements
- Experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail is preferred.
- Proven ability to coordinate concurrent projects.
- Highly organized, collaborative, results-oriented, and relationship-driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
- Experience with Salesforce or another customer relationship management system.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds and maneuver around gallery, stockroom, and office areas.
- Ability to travel locally or out of state; a driver's license is preferred.
