Interior Design Project Coordinator

Summary

Project Coordinators support RH Interior Design projects by partnering with Lead Designers and managing key phases of the project lifecycle. The role delivers a luxury client experience and coordinates work from initial consultations through order placement, delivery, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project and design documentation.
• Coordinate consultations, site visits, schedules, and project timelines with Interior Designers.
• Act as the primary client liaison after project completion, supporting orders, delivery, and installation.
• Work with cross-functional teams and uphold Gallery visual and quality standards.
• Represent the brand with professional communication and appearance.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail is preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong organization, collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Mac and iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and Salesforce or another CRM.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, move throughout the Gallery, and travel locally or out of state; a driver's license is preferred.
