Interior Design Project Coordinator

Summary

The Interior Design Project Coordinator supports RH Interior Designers and owns key phases of the interior design project lifecycle. The role provides a luxury client experience while coordinating project documentation, schedules, and communication from consultation through delivery and installation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation.
• Coordinate project consultations and site visits with RH Interior Designers.
• Serve as the primary client liaison after project completion, from order placement through delivery and installation.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and ensure project schedules and timelines are met.
• Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery and represent the brand professionally.

Requirements

• Experience in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail is preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate concurrent projects and build client relationships.
• Strong organization, collaboration, communication, and results-oriented skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds, maneuver throughout the Gallery, and travel locally or out of state.
