Interior Designer - Advanced

Summary

RH Interior Designers provide residential interior design services to walk-in clients and build a thriving design business within an RH Gallery. They create original designs aligned with the RH design point of view and guide clients through the full design experience.

Responsibilities

• Create original residential interior designs using client needs, architectural context, lifestyle, and knowledge of the RH assortment.
• Develop floor plans, sketches, and visual presentations to communicate design concepts.
• Meet with clients in the gallery and in their homes, and lead multiple projects through delivery.
• Achieve fiscal goals through design projects and gallery consulting.
• Teach and support client interactions while overseeing all phases of the client experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail environment preferred.
• Degree in art, architecture, interior design, or a similar field preferred; professional portfolio required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related space-planning and rendering programs.
• Strong presentation, artistic, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state and lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
