Interior Designer - Advanced

Summary

Provide residential interior design services to gallery clients, creating original designs informed by the brand's design point of view and product assortment. Lead multiple projects and guide clients through each phase of the design experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop original designs based on each client's space, architecture, environment, and lifestyle.
• Use floor plans, sketches, and visual presentations to communicate design concepts.
• Meet clients in the gallery and in their homes, and oversee projects from initial contact through delivery.
• Support fiscal goals and teach daily client interactions through the design point of view.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of design experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail environment.
• Degree in art, architecture, interior design, or a related field preferred; professional portfolio required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and space-planning and rendering programs.
• Strong presentation, project management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state and lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
