Interior Designer - Advanced

Summary

RH Interior Designers provide residential design services to walk-in clients in an RH Gallery. They create custom spaces informed by RH's design point of view and lead projects from initial consultation through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create original residential interior designs using client objectives, architecture, lifestyle, and RH products.
• Present designs using floor plans, sketches, and visual presentations.
• Meet with clients in the Gallery and in their homes, and lead multiple projects through all phases of the client experience.
• Achieve fiscal goals and teach and support client interactions aligned with RH's design approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail environment preferred.
• Degree in art, architecture, interior design, or a similar field preferred; professional portfolio required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, space-planning and rendering programs, and presentation tools.
• Strong artistic, project management, leadership, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state and lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
