Interior Designer - Aventura Gallery

As an Interior Designer at RH Aventura Gallery, you will play a key role in providing exceptional design services to our clientele. This position is perfect for experienced designers with leadership qualities and a passion for luxury interior design. You will be responsible for creating original designs and building a thriving design business within the gallery.

• Live the RH Vision, Values, and Beliefs every day.
• Create original designs for residential interiors using the RH design point of view.
• Determine design objectives considering architecture, environment, and client lifestyle.
• Use floor plans and visual presentations to illustrate design concepts.
• Ensure fiscal goals are achieved through design projects and consulting.
• Meet with clients both in-gallery and in-home.
• Lead multiple design projects of various sizes.
• Oversee all phases of the client experience from initial contact through delivery.

• 5+ years of design experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail.
• Degree in Art, Architecture, Interior Design, or similar preferred.
• Professional portfolio required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related programs.
• Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities.
• Results-driven with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Current with local and global design industry trends.
• Leadership or business experience preferred.
• Successful project management experience preferred.
