Interior Designer - Charlotte Gallery

Summary

Provide luxury interior design services to walk-in clientele within the RH Gallery, collaborating with Lead Designers and Gallery Leadership. Execute RH design ethos across small- and large-scale residential projects, producing brand-appropriate presentations and space planning. Own the client experience from consultation through delivery, representing the RH lifestyle and supporting gallery visual and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury design consultations and client-facing services on the gallery floor
• Produce design presentations, space plans, and product selections consistent with brand standards
• Manage phases of projects from initial consultation through installation and delivery
• Support large-scale projects in partnership with the Interior Design team
• Maintain gallery visual and quality standards and represent the brand professionally
• Meet fiscal goals and contribute to the interior design business within the gallery
• Perform site visits and assist with hands-on installations as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years design experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Art, Architecture, Interior Design or similar degree preferred and professional portfolio required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and other space planning/rendering programs preferred
• Hands-on installation experience and strong hand rendering/sketching skills preferred
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., travel locally or out of state, and valid driver license preferred
