Responsibilities- Live the RH Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
- Create original residential interior designs using the RH design perspective.
- Determine design objectives considering architecture, environment, and client lifestyle.
- Use floor plans and visual presentations to convey design concepts to clients.
- Achieve fiscal goals through design projects and gallery consulting.
- Meet with clients both in the gallery and at their homes.
- Lead multiple design projects of varying sizes.
- Oversee all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery.
Requirements- 5+ years of design experience in a design firm or luxury retail setting.
- Degree in Art, Architecture, Interior Design, or similar preferred.
- Professional portfolio required.
- Hands-on interior installation experience preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related programs.
- Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching.
- Results-driven with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
- Current with local and global design industry trends.
- Leadership or business experience preferred.
- Successful project management experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
