Summary
Responsible for delivering RH interior design services to walk-in clientele at the Aspen Gallery, executing residential interior projects and supporting larger-scale initiatives with the Interior Design team. The role owns the client experience from consultation through delivery and site visits, produces brand-appropriate presentations, and helps maintain gallery visual and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury client experience through RH Interior Design services
- Produce design presentations, space plans, and product selections aligned with RH design ethos
- Manage small-scale projects independently and support large-scale projects with the team
- Conduct consultations, site visits, and oversee delivery and installation coordination
- Collaborate with Lead Designers and Gallery Leadership to achieve fiscal goals
- Represent the RH lifestyle brand through professional communication and appearance
- Support gallery visual merchandising and maintain quality standards
Requirements
- 2+ years design experience in a design firm or high-end furniture/luxury retail preferred
- Art, Architecture, Interior Design degree or similar preferred; professional portfolio required
- Hands-on interior installation experience and strong hand rendering/sketching skills preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, space planning/rendering programs preferred
- Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
- Excellent communication, organized, results-oriented, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift/mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver gallery floor and stock room; licensed to drive and ability to travel preferred
