Summary
Senior Interior Designer responsible for creating original residential interior designs and delivering a luxury client experience within the gallery. The role requires leading multiple design projects, meeting clients in gallery and in home, and achieving fiscal goals through design consulting while representing the brand's point of view.
Responsibilities
- Independently create original residential interior designs using the brand design point of view
- Determine design objectives considering architecture environment and client lifestyle
- Use floor plans sketches and visual presentations to illustrate design concepts
- Meet with clients in gallery and in home and manage client relationships
- Lead multiple design projects of various sizes and oversee all project phases
- Ensure fiscal goals are achieved through design projects and consulting
- Execute teach and support daily client interactions on the gallery floor
- Oversee delivery coordination and installation for client projects
Requirements
- 5+ years design experience within a design firm or high end furniture or luxury retail preferred
- Art Architecture or Interior Design degree preferred and professional portfolio required
- Hands on interior installation experience preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite and space planning and rendering programs
- Strong graphic presentation skills and hand rendering and sketching capabilities preferred
- Results driven with ability to motivate influence and inspire a team
- Successful project management and leadership or business experience preferred
- Proficiency with Mac Microsoft Office and Google Applications
