Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer at RH Palm Desert, you will play a key role in providing exceptional design services to clients within the RH Gallery. This position is perfect for experienced designers with leadership qualities and a passion for luxury interior design. You will be responsible for creating original designs and building a successful design business within the gallery.

• Live the RH Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Create original residential interior designs using the RH design perspective.
• Determine design objectives based on client needs, architecture, and lifestyle.
• Use floor plans and visual presentations to convey design concepts.
• Achieve fiscal goals through design projects and consulting.
• Meet with clients in the gallery and at their homes.
• Lead multiple design projects of varying sizes.
• Oversee all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery.

• 5+ years of design experience in a design firm or high-end retail.
• Degree in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred.
• Professional portfolio required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related programs.
• Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching.
• Results-driven with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Current with design industry trends.
• Leadership or business experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications.
