Interior Designer - Red Bank

Summary

Provide luxury residential interior design services for walk-in clientele at an RH Gallery, collaborating with Lead Designers and Gallery Leadership to execute projects and deliver brand-appropriate presentations. Manage client experience from consultation through delivery and site visits while supporting large-scale projects and maintaining gallery standards. Contribute to achieving fiscal goals and represent the RH lifestyle through professional communication and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury interior design services to gallery clientele
• Execute small-scale design projects and support large-scale projects
• Create design presentations including space planning and product selections
• Own client experience from consultations to delivery and site visits
• Collaborate with Lead Designers and Gallery Leadership
• Maintain visual and quality standards within the gallery
• Ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Represent the brand through professional appearance and communication

Requirements

• 2+ years design experience within a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail preferred
• Degree in Art Architecture Interior Design or similar preferred
• Professional portfolio required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite and related space planning programs preferred
• Hands-on interior installation experience preferred
• Strong artistic skills including hand rendering and sketching preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Mac IOS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
