Interior Designer

Summary

RH Interior Design is seeking a Junior Designer to help grow its Palm Desert design business. The role leads residential design projects and delivers a luxury client experience from initial concepts through installation.

Responsibilities

• Integrate the RH Design Ethos into residential interior design projects.
• Create presentations communicating design concepts, space plans, and product selections.
• Guide clients through consultations, site visits, deliveries, and installations.
• Lead multiple small to medium projects from concept to completion.
• Host exclusive events, build community relationships, and support brand growth.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of interior design experience, including architectural design and project management.
• Practical knowledge of new construction, renovation timelines, custom kitchens, bathrooms, millwork, and interior installation.
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field and NCIDQ certification are preferred.
• Proficiency in Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office, Google applications, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Valid passport and driver's license; ability to travel up to 50% and lift items up to 25 pounds.
