Summary
Provide luxury residential interior design services to walk-in clientele within the gallery, collaborating with lead designers and gallery leadership to deliver brand-appropriate presentations, space planning, and project execution for small and supported large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide a luxury client experience through interior design consultations and services
- Execute RH design ethos for residential interior projects
- Produce design presentations and communicate concepts, space plans, and product selections
- Own client experience from consultation through delivery and site visits
- Support large-scale projects in partnership with the Interior Design team
- Ensure fiscal goals and gallery targets are achieved
- Represent the brand through professional appearance and communication
- Support visual and quality standards within the gallery
- Participate in local and out of state travel as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years design experience within a design firm or high-end furniture or luxury retail
- Art, Architecture, Interior Design or similar degree preferred
- Professional portfolio required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and related space planning or rendering programs preferred
- Hands-on interior installation experience preferred
- Strong artistic skills including hand rendering and sketching preferred
- Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery and stock room
