Intermediate Designer

As an Intermediate Designer at RH Interior Design in Palm Desert, you will play a pivotal role in pioneering the development of our design business. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a groundbreaking standalone interior design firm, providing exposure to top-tier projects globally and a competitive salary.

• Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele through every facet of RH Interior Design.
• Integrate and implement the RH Design Ethos across all residential interior design projects.
• Create brand-elevating interior design presentations and communicate design concepts.
• Guide clients through consultations, site visits, deliveries, and installations.
• Lead multiple medium to large design projects from concept to completion.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by hosting exclusive events and fostering community relationships.
• Maintain engagement with and knowledge of the local luxury market.

• 5+ years of interior design experience, including architectural design and project management.
• Expertise in new construction and renovation timelines.
• Applied knowledge of interior construction and installation.
• NCIDQ certification and a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related programs preferred.
• Valid passport for international travel and a valid driver's license.
• Local, domestic, and international travel up to 50%.
