Responsibilities- Support sustainable growth in the Latin America & Caribbean region with financial analysis and key performance indicators reporting.
- Conduct data mining to support variance analysis for the Caribbean region.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management on a regular basis.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer of operation and finance KPIs to the team.
- Prepare and review account reconciliations and ensure thorough analysis of account balances.
- Prepare, review, upload, and post journal entries with proper documentation.
- Assist in month-end financial closing and perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
Requirements- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Discretion due to exposure to highly confidential client information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Positive attitude towards achieving goals and delivering results.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
- Basic Accounting Skills.
- Preferred knowledge of Hyperion and SAP Business Intelligence.
- Previous internships in retail or consumer goods are a plus.
