Job Description

Summary

The Logistics Intern will support the Logistics team by proposing continuous improvements in our logistics process to optimize service levels. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve distribution challenges and support special projects throughout Fendi Americas.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily Supply Chain activities including distribution planning, stock rebalancing, and sell-through optimization.
  • Build new tools and processes to optimize stock distribution across US, Canadian, Mexican, and Brazilian markets for Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale channels.
  • Analyze supply-chain and retail KPIs to propose action plans during monthly Sales & Operations meetings.
  • Calculate stock targets to ensure the right service level in stores while controlling inventory.
  • Run stock reports to ensure visibility on deliveries from Italy and build alerts to minimize "sleeping" inventory.
  • Develop smart and simple dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft tools.
  • Elaborate new reporting to improve sales planning.
  • Propose continuous improvements in logistics processes to optimize service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Logistics, Retail, and E-commerce teams to solve distribution challenges.
  • Participate in special projects such as store openings, events, and employee sales.
Requirements
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9-6pm.
  • Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for Fendi and the Luxury Industry.
  • Strong interest in product and store design.
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Very good computer and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Power BI proficiency is a plus.
