Intern Retail Performance

The Retail Performance Intern will assist the Sr Manager, Retail Performance in analyzing the sales performance for all Fendi stores in the U.S. market to identify opportunities and drive business. This internship provides a valuable learning experience in luxury retail management.

• Learn how a luxury retail network operates and understand retail management at strategic and operational levels.
• Measure the performance of a retail network and develop improvement plans.
• Strengthen analytical skills and learn database building.
• Assist in diagnosing existing reporting tools and designing future reporting dashboards.
• Conduct in-depth sales performance analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Support proposal incentives and contests for sales teams and measure impact.
• Work closely with Sr Manager to build and consolidate action plans to drive performance.
• Prepare presentations for Top Management and Business Reviews.

• Must be available Monday to Friday, 9-6pm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and VBA skills.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
