- Manage floor waiting lists and communicate wait times accurately to clients.
- Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and clean hospitality area for clients.
- Communicate potential service issues to management for smooth client interactions.
- Assist with boxing, wrapping items, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
- Keep POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized, assisting with transaction processes.
- Support the operations team in following policies and procedures for optimal store operations.
- Help with inventory management and special projects as needed.
Requirements- Availability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on excellent client service and multitasking ability.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
