As an Internal Communications and Events Coordinator at Cartier in New York, you will play a vital role in planning and supporting employee initiatives and communications across Cartier North America. • Organize employee activations and events to enhance internal culture and wellbeing.
• Coordinate events for the Cartier Communities Days program, focusing on charitable giving and volunteering.
• Support the Director of Internal Communications with company-wide communications and town halls.
• Contribute articles to the company intranet and draft materials for leaders, including social media posts and FAQs.
• Organize logistics for employee volunteer events and corporate giving opportunities.
• Conduct competitive analysis, research, and manage employee distribution lists.
• Handle multiple employee events simultaneously, communicating with key stakeholders.

• Impeccable organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
