International Wholesale Intern

Summary

Internship supporting international wholesale operations with hands-on sample management, market week assistance, and sales support. The role provides cross-departmental exposure and training in sample tracking, showroom preparation, and presentation creation to support account product training and selling activities.

Responsibilities

• Train on and manage GPS sample tracking system for timely and accurate entries
• Maintain calendars and coordinate sample requests and shipments
• Pack samples for wholesale and international sales events including trunkshows and fashion weeks
• Maintain commercial and runway sample closets in partnership with PR
• Assist back of house during market week including showroom setup and dressing models
• Support professional dressers and learn styling techniques
• Update available to sell reports and excess inventory spreadsheets weekly
• Create visual summaries of seasonal buys for accounts and internal reference

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in school
• Willingness to learn and interest in sales and market week work
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous wholesale experience a plus
• Retail experience a plus
