Internship - Global Quality Assurance Quality System

Summary

Summer internship supporting quality initiatives for Home and Accessories and Fine Jewelry product lines. The role provides hands on experience with digital tools such as Power BI and Power Automate while collaborating with cross functional teams on document management, workflow documentation, and migration activities. The position is hybrid based out of the New York City office and focuses on building practical skills in process management and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and categorize archived documents to improve team efficiency
• Support updates and maintenance of Power BI dashboards with data entry and simple modifications
• Document existing Power Automate workflows with clear concise records
• Assist in updating workflow documentation under supervision
• Support migration of workflows to a new environment following instructions and checklists
• Participate in testing and validation activities for migrated workflows
• Demonstrate adherence to workplace safety policies and reinforce safe behaviors

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering Systems Engineering or related field
• Proficient in English written and oral
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Basic programming experience in any language
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI Power Automate or Power Apps
• Experience with programming languages such as VB VBA or Python
