Job Description

Summary

Motivated and detail oriented Total Rewards Intern to support the HR team at corporate headquarters. The role provides hands on experience in designing, implementing, and communicating compensation and benefits programs while assisting with data, research, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and delivering communications for compensation and benefits programs
  • Create presentations and update intranet and email announcements
  • Support planning and promotion of employee well being initiatives
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of compensation and benefits data
  • Conduct audits and validate data entry
  • Gather and analyze market data on compensation and benefits trends
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings
  • Create and distribute regular and ad hoc compensation and benefits reports

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis and market research
