Job Description

Summary

Temporary retail internship offering immersive exposure to luxury store operations, clienteling, and back-of-house functions. The role partners with functional market teams to build foundational retail knowledge and supports execution of strategies focused on clients, people, and brand desirability. Interns will complete a 360 retail project and present findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support in-store activities to deliver exceptional client service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assist with clienteling and retail operational tasks
  • Collaborate openly with retail teams to contribute to store culture and teamwork
  • Engage with cross-functional teams including Client Relations, Client Development, Retail Learning, Retail Performance, and Human Resources
  • Analyze and monitor key performance indicators to provide data-driven insights
  • Execute strategic retail projects from planning through delivery
  • Prepare and deliver a professional presentation of project findings to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a team
  • Highly adaptable, positive, and solution-oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interest in and passion for the luxury retail industry
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
  • Proactive and curious mindset eager to learn
