Inventory Analyst

• Assist planning managers with various daily reports.
• Support planners with purchase orders, including keying orders and maintaining corrections.
• Maintain communication with vendors to confirm and track purchase orders.
• Enter data into the mainframe system and manage all data entry tasks.
• Communicate backorder status and analysis to cross-functional teams weekly.
• Prepare and distribute weekly transfer lists to allocations and operations teams.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align data with strategies and deadlines.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented attitude and quick learning ability.
