Summary
Responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of inventory across outlets and home delivery centers through strategic analysis, allocation, and logistics coordination. The role partners with cross functional teams to optimize inventory flow, maximize sales, and support operational efficiency. The analyst investigates discrepancies, oversees inventory movements for openings and relocations, and provides field support on inventory activities.
Responsibilities
- Allocate product to outlets partnering with leadership to optimize sales and sell through performance
- Lead logistics coordination for outlet inventory across the supply chain network
- Support field locations on receiving tracking auditing and reporting tasks
- Analyze inventory relationships and flow between systems and locations to ensure data integrity
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and shrink through root cause analysis
- Oversee inventory movement and reconciliation during relocations expansions and new openings
- Collaborate with Distribution Centers IT galleries inventory control outlets and transportation to align inventory activities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management logistics allocations or operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with Oracle RMS Manhattan Active Omni Salesforce and MicroStrategy preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build strong cross functional relationships and influence outcomes
- Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and innovation
