Job Description

Summary

Paid internship supporting inventory control activities across the Americas, reporting to the Inventory Control Manager. The role assists with stock movements, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end closing while collaborating with cross functional teams. Position requires strong Excel, analytical skills, attention to detail, and availability for 24 hours per week with academic credit eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Support stock movements including adjustments, transfers, returns, and receipts
  • Run weekly inventory and KPI reports to monitor performance
  • Investigate negative stock on hand and in transit discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end inventory closings and in-transit reconciliations
  • Coordinate price events and data entry across channels
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Retail, and Merchandising teams
  • Support physical inventory activities and annual audit inquiries
  • Assist with employee sales processing and store openings
  • Prepare sales and margin reports as needed

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical and financial aptitude with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally and with leadership
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and process improvement orientation
  • Team player with proactive attitude
  • Available to work 24 hours per week
  • Must be a student able to receive academic credit for the paid internship
