Inventory Control Specialist - Roosevelt Field

Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining item and financial accuracy across the store network through analytical inventory processes, stockroom organization, and merchandise handling to support sales and customer experience. This role requires independence, attention to detail and the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized and tidy stockrooms and sales floor replenishment
• Complete all inventory processes and cycle counts accurately
• Ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed
• Assist team with inventory control initiatives and loss prevention
• Handle merchandise movement including restocking and merchandising tasks
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment
• Perform physical duties including lifting and reaching as required

Requirements

• Strong accountability, accuracy and ownership
• Analytical mindset with solid math skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent bending and reaching
• Able to lift and carry frequently up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
