The Inventory Control Specialist is a data driven and highly analytical role focused on maintaining item and financial accuracy across the store network. This role ensures stockrooms and sales floors are organized and merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed while supporting inventory control initiatives and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized and tidy stockrooms and sales floor areas
• Complete all inventory processes to ensure item accuracy
• Ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
• Assist team with inventory control initiatives and audits
• Prioritize tasks in a fast paced retail environment
• Lift and carry merchandise up to posted weight limits
• Support initiatives to drive sales through merchandise accuracy

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and high level of ownership
• Analytical and data driven mindset
• Solid math verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
