Job Description

Summary

As an Inventory Control Supervisor at Hermès Chicago, you will manage the store inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, luxury environment. You will collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process packages and merchandise into store inventory accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized records of receiving and shipping merchandise.
  • Support store management in organizing and reconciling weekly cycle counts and bi-annual inventories.
  • Order and maintain stock levels for shipping, selling, and store supplies.
  • Analyze business needs and develop inventory strategies to support sales.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in operations or back-of-house supervisory roles, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task with accuracy.
  • Proficiency with technology and internal systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
