Job Description

Summary

As an Inventory Control Supervisor at House of Dior in Beverly Hills, you will oversee inventory management and control of store stock. You will ensure the health of the inventory position through tasks such as Store Cycle Counts, Annual Inventories, and Weekly Exceptions. Your role requires strong time management and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Support teams daily.
  • Oversee, execute, and finalize monthly and weekly Cycle Counts.
  • Implement and reinforce SOP directed by the Corporate Office.
  • Train new hires and develop competencies regarding support functions.
  • Research, justify, and report incidents of known theft.
  • Act as a liaison between the Corporate Control and AP team for project follow-ups.
  • Monitor and analyze weekly exception reports, reporting directly to Inventory Control.
Requirements
  • 5 years of related experience.
  • High School Diploma required; college degree recommended.
  • Previous Inventory Control or Stock management experience recommended.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations preferred.
  • Flexible schedule, able to work nights and weekends as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
