Inventory Control Supervisor - Manhasset

Summary

The Inventory Control Supervisor manages store inventory and supports inventory accuracy and efficient merchandise processing. This role works with store management and sales teams to maintain smooth receiving, shipping, after-sales service, and replenishment operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, ticket, and process incoming and outgoing merchandise and shipments promptly and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory records and documentation, process returns and damages, and follow up on after-sales service.
• Organize and participate in cycle counts and biannual inventories, including reconciliation.
• Work with store management to analyze business and replenishment needs and maintain adequate supply levels within budget.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in operations or back-of-house supervisory work; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience using internal systems and external shipping software, with attention to asset protection and inventory control.
• Ability to work in person and lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
