Job Description

Summary

As an Inventory Control and Financial Analyst Intern at Balenciaga in Wayne, NJ, you will gain valuable insights into the luxury fashion industry and our corporate culture. You will work closely with the Finance Director and Inventory Manager to support various financial and inventory control tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Support with month-end close processes.
  • Conduct analytical reviews of balance sheets and income statements.
  • Review OPEX and monthly accruals.
  • Examine store rents and stock adjustments.
  • Coordinate with shared services to resolve store inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Assist with planning and reconciling store annual inventories.
  • Perform inventory control and analysis, including aging of inventory.
Requirements
  • Preferred degree in Accounting or Business Management.
  • Detail-oriented and task-driven.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Comfortable working with numbers.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to receive academic credit.
  • Must be able to work out of the Wayne, NJ office.
