SummaryAs an Inventory Control and Retail Support Specialist, you will ensure smooth and efficient inventory operations within the Watches of Switzerland Group, USA. Responsibilities- Review and approve unit adjustments, ensuring requests are reasonable and properly coded.
- Assist retail, DC, and ECOM teams with inventory issues, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with the Asset Protection team to establish and reconcile physical inventory counts.
- Travel to showrooms as needed to perform physical inventories and coordinate logistics.
- Oversee conversions for newly acquired showrooms, leading inventory and reticket projects.
- Coordinate year-end inventory preparations and cutoffs for DC and Retail Service Group.
- Manage open in-transits and shipping discrepancies.
- Support other assignments and special projects as needed.
Requirements- 3+ years of inventory control management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to travel to retail showrooms and new acquisitions as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with showrooms, boutiques, and corporate teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
