Inventory Specialist

Summary

The Inventory Specialist supports boutique operations by managing the flow of goods in and out of the store. This in-store role helps maintain operational standards and enable a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record it in the inventory system.
• Organize and maintain stock, and prepare and ship outbound orders according to brand standards.
• Support stock cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Collaborate with boutique colleagues to support client service and effective operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and a client-service mindset.
• Ability to move items up to 25 pounds, including lifting, pulling, and pushing.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
