Inventory Specialist

Summary

The Inventory Specialist manages the flow of goods into and out of the boutique to support efficient operations and a seamless client experience. This in-store role maintains inventory standards and works closely with the boutique team.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record inventory in the system.
• Organize and maintain stock according to brand standards.
• Prepare and ship outbound product shipments.
• Support cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Build positive, collaborative relationships throughout the boutique.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
• Understanding of and passion for client experience; foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Ability to move items up to 25 pounds and work a flexible schedule that may include late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in-store to support boutique opening and closing, inventory receiving, and product shipping.
